Cleaning + charges

Upon arrival, of course, we provide a clean apartment/house with freshly made beds, towels and kitchen towels. When staying a week, the hand and kitchen towels will be changed on the 3rd/4th day. When staying more than a week, the bedding will be changed at the beginning of each following week. Would you like to have your towels and/or bed linen changed more often? No problem! Then each person will be charged € 3,- per hand- or kitchen towel set, for single bed linen € 4,-, for double bed linen € 6,-. Would you like the apartment to be cleaned in the meantime? Then the same price is used as the price for the final cleaning

Final cleaning

For each apartment and for the villa there is a mandatory final cleaning. The following price table will be used for this purpose.

Heating

Heating with central heating in Italy is an expensive joke! Fortunately, with the exception of a few winter months, it is not often necessary to heat up. All our flats and the villa have central heating and a fireplace. For the fireplace, a supply of wood will be ready upon arrival. If you have run out of stock, you can re-order. Would you rather have the central heating on? No problem.

Breakfast

For the guests of the flats, a fresh breakfast will be brought every day. This breakfast will consist of local products and bread according to the season and availability. This breakfast will be presented to you in a picnic basket at your doorstep around 9 o’clock every morning. Coffee and tea can be freshly made in the flat. Stock of these will be available on arrival. Are you staying in villa ‘Lavanda’ and would also like to have breakfast served? This is possible for € 140 per breakfast (max. 15p) under the same conditions.

Pets

Pets are very welcome with us! However, a number of strict house rules apply that we would like to discuss with you in advance. For example, the pets must show a social and acceptable behavior and are not allowed on beds and / or sofas. To alleviate this suffering, there will be a basket and some treats for our lovely four-legged friends (or other types of feet), depending on their size (with the exception of horses, elephants, etc.).

Laundry Service

You can also have your laundry done with us. You get it washed, dried and folded back for € 7.50 per wash with a maximum of 5 kilos per wash.

Events

Events, weddings, seminars, dinners or parties (only with caterer) are always possible depending on availability. An additional cleaning fee will be charged for this, varying between € 100 and € 250 (depending on the type of event). If you had wanted to book all accommodations with an exclusivity for just your party (only your hosts on site), a price of 10% on the stay with a minimum of € 100 will be charged. Events are planned and executed in consultation at all times. We work with permanent caterers and staff depending on your wishes.

Swimming pool

The swimming pool at ‘La Coccinella’ is freely accessible to all our guests from sunrise to sunset. The swimming pool will be closed outside these times. There is no lifeguard at the pool. The pool has a maximum depth of 1.40 meters over the entire pool. Diving is therefore not safe or permitted. Appropriate swimwear is mandatory and no disturbing noise or running is allowed. Children must be accompanied at all times. We are not liable for accident, damage and / or damage.

Tourist tax

The San Venanzo comune charges a tourist tax of € 1.50 per person per night.

Payments

For reservations, a non-refundable deposit of 50% as a guarantee before your arrival must be paid. If you cancel after the expiry of 3 months before the start of your stay, the sum of the full invoice is due. If you cancel before these 3 months before arrival, only the above amount of 50% of the total amount is due. If you do not show up, the remaining amount of the total amount can still be claimed after deduction of the advance payment. If you have not booked in advance, all payments for overnight stays in the apartments (including breakfast) and the accommodation in our villa must be paid on arrival. All other costs incurred can be paid and / or claimed at any time, with the last time the guest leaving at the end of their stay. Payments must be settled in cash on the spot. Refunds due to cancellation and / or the guest (s) not showing up is always excluded. Exceptions to this can only be addressed in writing or by email and are by definition not approved unless otherwise agreed by us in writing.
